Our New Construction Process - Stress-Free From Start To Finish

Property: We will meet at your property to discuss important factors such as drainage control, well and septic tank placement, and the ideal location for the house. If your land is not already cleared for your project, we also specialize in site clearing and prep.

Financing: You need to secure a construction loan, which differs from a home purchase loan, and then convert it to a mortgage upon completing the build.

Contract: We meticulously review your plans and specific details to ensure that your design choices are included and that they align with budget constraints. No need to worry about permits, we handle all necessary permits. We are committed to making our collaboration the best experience you will ever have.

Construction: Our owner and contractor, Eric Rogers, will be hands-on throughout the entire home construction process. He is committed to keeping you involved and updated through each phase. This will include regular phone calls, site tours, and progress photos to keep you in the loop as your new home comes to life.
